Basic nets range from $150-$250 for either custom or pre-made nets, varying by model, selection of wood, and decorative elements.
-
A trout carving starts at $150 plus the cost of the net.
-
A scrimshaw adds $50-$75 to the cost of the net.
-
My most elaborate custom nets are between $500-$700.
Please contact me to discuss your selection, obtain an estimate of the cost, or to ask about available fly fishing nets. You must confirm your selection with me by email. I try to have a small stock of landing nets available for immediate delivery. Most of these are priced between $150-$200.
You may pay by check, money order, or PayPalTM : if you choose to pay by check or money order I will provide the necessary mailing information if you choose to use PayPalTM I will invoice you through your email. The invoice will include a link to the PayPalTM site. It is not necessary to have an account with them.

Generally there is a four month delay for custom and personalized landing nets. An inscription of your choice is available at no additional charge on custom orders. For the best appearance of your inscription, I recommend it be limited to about 50 characters.
A 50% deposit is required at the time you place your custom net order. When your landing net is completed, if desired, I will be glad to email a picture of the finished fishing net for your approval. Full payment is required before shipping.
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Your purchase is not completed until you are satisfied. If you are not happy with the landing net upon arrival, you may return it undamaged for a full refund of your purchase price. Custom landing nets with personal inscriptions or dedications may be returned with a $50 restocking fee due to the work involved to remove the inscription and refinish.
I stand behind my workmanship and materials. Keep in mind that any finish will develop a patina with use. It is my opinion that "wood," "waterproof," and "indestructable" should not be used in the same sentence. I have been testing and working to make my finished nets as durable as possible. I have used one of my landing nets on the river for over 10 years and have sold nets to guides who use them daily during the guiding season. If you have a problem with your landing net, please contact me so I can address your concerns.
I want you to be a satisfied customer.
