This net started as a piece of unusual Texas Ebony. It was too thick, too short and too interesting to just cut up. I liked the curve of the Tenkara nets I had seen, so I stated asking, how. How can I do this. How can I not kill myself as I do this. How long will it take. You will note, I never asked why or should.
The result was this net, about 24 inches long, with a 14 inch hand carved handle, layered bamboo yoke and a 9 x 9 inch bamboo hoop, 33 inch circumference. About $500
Priced $500: there is a $100 deposit, estimated 4 month delay. ($400 in Walnut )
